Actual Salary £20,842 per annum
Are you passionate about supporting the education and well being of young people? Do you have a keen interest in helping students reach their full potential in a dynamic and engaging school environment? Arthur Mellows Village College is seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to supervise whole classes during short term teacher absences. As a Cover Supervisor you will pay a vital role in delivering pre-set work for students to enable them to continue their learning. You will cover lessons of any subject using the cover work set by the teacher. You will be required to set high expectations to motivate and challenge students whilst managing behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment. This is a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the school.
